MONTANA CLOVER

When Montana Clover blooms in the summer months, Beekeepers and bees alike spend countless hours looking for this liquid gold.

Although there are over 300 varieties of clover flowers, Montana Sweet Clover (Melilotus officinalis) is prized for its superior taste. We harvest it as a pure Montana clover, meaning it is not blended with other varieties, and is among some of the lightest colored honeys produced. Our favourite quality is its candied sweetness.
