Although there are over 300 varieties of clover flowers, Montana Sweet Clover (Melilotus officinalis) is prized for its superior taste. We harvest it as a pure Montana clover, meaning it is not blended with other varieties, and is among some of the lightest colored honey’s produced. Our favorite quality is its candied sweetness.
